Summary:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills:

• Lead design & delivery of scalable .NET applications (ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API).
• Architect high-performance solutions; drive best practices & code quality.
• Mentor team, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong experience in SQL Server, microservices, and cloud (Azure/AWS) with CI/CD.
• Hands-on with Agile; exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, NoSQL, and messaging tools is a plus.
