Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a designated project component, ensuring compliance with operational, contractual, and financial objectives.
• Ensure high service quality and operational efficiency while identifying opportunities for further business through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, supporting effective performance and innovative problem-solving.
• Mentor team members to encourage their professional growth and development.
• Analyze project performance metrics for insights and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Angular and Spring Boot.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking sector.
• Comprehensive Full Stack Development experience.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on a range of factors, including location and experience. For positions based in California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey/New York, and Washington, the hourly rate ranges from $66.00 to $76.00.
