Lead Software Architect / Full Stack Developer
Salary $175,000-$200,000
100% Remote This role is for a sophisticated Lead Software Architect / Application Lead who is experienced in leading architecture and system designs for complex web applications and also still loves to code.
Responsibilities
Leading architecture and system designs
Passion for writing great code and building world class software products used by millions of people.
Helping leading teams writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
Design and Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
Run planning meetings and coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
Support test and deployment of new products and features
Participate in code reviews Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
7+ years of relevant work experience
Strong proficiency as a full stack software developer
Authorized to work in the United States and no visa sponsorship required.
2+ years experience as a team lead / lead architect
Proficient with web application and API development Nice to Have
Experience architecting systems for real-time data, high-performance visualization, and/or distributed computing.
Deep expertise in full-stack application development: C# (.NET Core), JavaScript/TypeScript
Familiarity with containerized deployment, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud/on-prem architectures.
Consulting experience Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, reusability, and user-centric workflows in enterprise environments.
