Lead Full-Stack Engineer

The Role

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications.
• Drive technical standards, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor and coach software engineers across the team.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead sprint planning, technical estimations, and backlog refinement activities.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience leading software engineering initiatives and technical decision-making.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript for modern front-end architecture.
• Extensive .NET Core, .NET 8, and C# experience for backend development.
• Strong background in microservices architecture and REST API development.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with AWS (S3, Lambda, EKS) and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
