Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, Risk Tech

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors Degree - Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience not included) - At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) - Preferred: Masters Degree - Over 7 years of experience in at least one of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go - At least 3 years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or alternative cloud services - Over 4 years of experience working with open source frameworks - At least 1 year of experience in a managerial role - 2+ years of experience following Agile methodologies

Responsibilities:

- Lead a variety of technology projects while managing a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full stack systems, delivering solutions that assist in fulfilling regulatory requirements - Stay updated on technological advancements, experiment with new tools, and engage in both internal and external tech communities, while mentoring fellow engineers - Collaborate with digital product managers to craft effective cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences and empower millions of Americans financially - Employ programming skills in languages including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, alongside working with open-source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, utilizing Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, plus various AWS services
