## About the Role

We are seeking a Java Fullstack Developer to join our team in Columbus, 43240. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering concepts and a strong background in system design, application development, and testing.

## Job Title

Lead Java Fullstack Developer

## Key Responsibilities

• Deliver system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Utilize React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java Springboot, and Microservices for building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications and RESTful services
• Lead technology projects as a senior engineer
• Implement automation and continuous delivery methods
• Follow the Software Development Life Cycle

## Minimum Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 8+ years of applied experience
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java Springboot, and Microservices
• Proven experience leading technology projects
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods

## Desired Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
• Proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
• Practical cloud native experience
