Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer with strong expertise in Java-based application development, cloud-native solutions, and technical leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for leading a distributed development team, driving technical design and implementation, collaborating with onshore leadership, and engaging directly with customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the development team.
• Coordinate with onshore leads and customer stakeholders.
• Drive solution design and technical implementation.
• Review code and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Support sprint planning, estimation, and technical risk management.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $109000per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 160000per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
