About the Role We’re hiring Senior Java / Spring Boot Engineers in Houston. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be building real backend systems, working directly with clients, and helping drive decisions — not just taking tickets.

Responsibilities Build Java / Spring Boot services in real production environments

Design APIs and contribute to modern architectures (microservices, distributed systems)

Work in AWS (or Azure/GCP)

Partner with clients and internal teams to get things done

Be part of design and technical conversations — not just execution Qualifications Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

Experience building microservices / backend systems at scale

Cloud experience (AWS preferred)

Comfortable working with clients

Someone who can own their work and move things forward Required Skills Kafka or event-driven experience

Any exposure to tools like Copilot, Claude, etc.
