THE ROLE

• You will help build scalable, high-performance backend solutions for enterprise applications. You will contribute to backend development using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Apache Kafka, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective technical solutions.
• Design and optimize database integration with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Work with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and implement improvements for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

Must Haves

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, multithreading, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in database management using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to front-end technologies is a plus.
