• *Duties
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define architecture, and develop scalable microservices using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and React Express.
• Oversee the integration of front-end technologies like React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with back-end services via RESTful APIs and web services.
• Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to optimize application efficiency.
• Manage version control systems such as GitHub and SVN; facilitate Agile methodologies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure seamless deployment using CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure while maintaining system security and compliance.
• Mentor junior developers, promote knowledge sharing on OOP principles, UML design diagrams, and SDLC best practices to foster a collaborative team environment.
• *Experience
• Proven experience leading Java development projects with a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Java programming language along with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate (Entity Framework equivalent), WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, Bootstrap, and UI/UX best practices.
• Solid knowledge of databases including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB;

experience with database design and T-SQL or PL/SQL scripting.

• Familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure for application deployment;

experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.

• Strong understanding of multithreading concepts, debugging techniques, unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit), and version control systems such as GitHub or TFS.
• Experience working within Agile environments utilizing tools like Jira or TFS; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment processes.
