Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Lead Java Developer to lead the architecture, design, development, and modernization of enterprise-scale Java applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Cloud Platforms, Event-Driven Architecture, and DevOps , with proven experience delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.

This role requires technical leadership in enterprise application architecture, cloud migration, API development, system modernization, performance optimization, and mentoring engineering teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise Java applications.
• Develop cloud-native applications using Java 8/11/17/21 , Spring Boot , and Microservices Architecture .
• Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven applications.
• Modernize legacy monolithic applications into cloud-native microservices.
• Develop secure and high-performance applications following enterprise architecture standards.
• Implement messaging and streaming solutions using Apache Kafka , RabbitMQ , or ActiveMQ .
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps Engineers, QA Teams, and Business Stakeholders.
• Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, sprint planning, and release management.
• Mentor development teams and establish engineering standards and best practices.

• Experience with Generative AI , LLM Integration , LangChain , RAG , and AI-powered Java applications .
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized deployments.
• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or Financial Services domains.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and CI/CD best practices.
