Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Java Developer.

The Lead Java

Developer will oversee the development and deployment of software solutions and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities include leading a team of developers, designing and implementing scalable microservices, programming using Java, developing and maintaining applications utilizing the Spring Framework, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project requirements and technical specifications.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Software Development and programming using Java

Experience with Microservices architecture and design patterns

Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework

Proficiency in implementing scalable and high-performance solutions

Ability to lead a development team and manage timelines effectively

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Experience in cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus
