Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are seeking highly experienced Technical Leads to join our team, working with a leading implementation partner on strategic initiatives for a major airline client. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience across modern full-stack and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications.
• Architect and implement robust solutions using modern microservices architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of applications.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design.

Required Technical Skills Candidates must be strong in all of the following areas :

• Frontend: Angular (advanced proficiency)
• Backend: Java, Microservices architecture
• Architecture: Strong experience in system design and solution architecture
• Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS (EKS, ECS)
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT experience (strict requirement)
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
