Lead Java Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Engineer to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, AWS, and distributed systems, along with proven experience leading engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale full-stack applications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Architect and develop Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
• Lead front-end development using React/Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Drive cloud-native development and deployment using AWS.
• Design scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Lead integration with databases, messaging platforms, and external systems.
• Establish and improve CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and deployment practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering and security standards.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical planning, and roadmap discussions.
• Identify opportunities for modernization, automation, performance improvement, and technical debt reduction.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong experience with React.js/Angular.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Kafka or other event-driven architectures.
• Strong SQL and database experience.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and security.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
