Title: Lead Java React Developer (Need someone strong with React)
Duration - 12+ Months
Location - Charlotte, NC/Chandler, AZ/Dallas, TX
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Java Full stack developer with strong experience in React, Java, spring, spring boot, microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design and development of modern full-stack solutions using Java (Spring Boot), React
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.
- Make key decisions on technology stack, microservices architecture, and integration strategy.
Project Modernization Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy systems (e.g., monoliths) to identify modernization opportunities.
- Drive the re-architecture of legacy components into scalable, cloud-native microservices.
Team Collaboration & Mentoring
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct code reviews, technical walkthroughs, and pair programming sessions.
Required/must have Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Java
- Experience with J2EE, Java, SQL, Oracle, JavaScript, React, Bootstrap, J Unit, Spring based application, JSP code, controllers, Unit Testing, checkmarx/sonarqube, microservices, springboot.
