Lead .NET Full Stack Developer

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to manage the complete software development life cycle and lead a team in delivering scalable, high-quality applications. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in .NET Core, Azure Cloud, Microservices, and modern front-end frameworks with hands-on experience working in an onsite Agile/DevOps environment.

• *Responsibilities
• Manage the full software development lifecycle using Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable .NET full-stack applications
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using .NET Core / ASP.NET
• Develop responsive UI components using React, Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases
• Implement microservices and event-driven architectures
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
• Ensure high code quality, security, and performance through best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards
• Conduct system and integration testing prior to releases
• *Required Skills
• 10–12+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL, Storage, Key Vault, AKS)
• Experience building microservices and cloud-native architectures
• Front-end experience with React or Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Strong database experience with SQL Server and NoSQL (MongoDB/CosmosDB)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab
• Messaging/Event platforms such as Kafka, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ
• Experience in Healthcare domain
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices

• Experience with Nginx or Apache on Linux
• Serverless architecture experience
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch
• Exposure to Redis/Memcached caching**
• Basic UI/UX design knowledge
• Prior experience working in payer or health insurance environments
