Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Python Developer with AI/ML expertise to drive the design, development, and deployment of intelligent, scalable applications. This role requires strong leadership capabilities along with deep technical expertise in Python, machine learning, and AI-driven systems. You will be responsible for architecting solutions, mentoring teams, and delivering high-performance AI products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML-based applications using Python
• Design scalable and robust backend architectures and microservices
• Build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs
• Work with large datasets, data pipelines, and real-time processing systems
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Python
• Proven experience in AI/ML development and deployment
• Strong knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI is a plus
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong experience in SQL/NoSQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face
• Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Spark or Kafka
• Prior experience in leading teams or projects

Eligibility Criteria
