. This role involves end-to-end architecture ownership, from front-end interfaces to back-end services, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and data security.

• *Lead and Design:**
• Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
• Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution.

• *Development:
• Build and maintain full-stack applications using
• *Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)

for backend and

• *React/Angular**

for frontend.

• Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g.,
