We're looking for a Software Engineer to join the Lead Generation Ads team, where you'll design and build scalable AI/ML-driven solutions that power next-generation lead generation workflows.
Design, build, and optimize AI/ML features for lead generation
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers
Architect and implement scalable, high-performance systems
Research and apply emerging AI/ML technologies
Promote best practices, modern tools, and technical standards
Develop guidelines to ensure secure and compliant software usage
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML models
Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle
Strong knowledge of computer systems and development tools
Experience with technologies such as SQL, Visual Basic, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required.
