RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the architecture design development and support of full stack software solutions utilizing Angular CNET APIs and SQL ServerProvide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers through code reviews architectural guidance and coaching on engineering best practicesDesign and develop scalable high performance and highly available APIs and services consumed across multiple business critical applicationsDrive front end architecture and user experience improvements using Angular and modern web development practicesLead database design efforts including data modeling performance optimization query tuning and integration strategies within SQL Server environmentsPartner with business stakeholders product owners and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsEnforce software development standards architectural principles and coding best practices across the teamLead technical planning estimation and execution of strategic initiatives and large scale projectsIdentify and resolve complex technical challenges spanning front end back end database and integration componentsEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve application performance maintainability security and developer productivityServe as a technical escalation point for critical production issues and provide leadership in root cause analysis and resolution effortsCollaborate across departments to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectivesDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to application modernization DevOps practices and software qualityEDUCATION &
EXPERIENCE 8 years of professional software development experience with increasing technical leadership responsibilitiesProven experience leading the design and delivery of enterprise scale full stack applicationsExtensive experience developing applications using Angular CNET APIs and SQL ServerStrong understanding of object oriented design principles software architecture patterns distributed systems microservices and database designExperience working within AgileScrum development environmentsProven ability to influence technical direction and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and business stakeholdersREQUIRED SKILLS Proficient with CNET APIs Visual Studio and modern software engineering practicesProficient in Angular development including component architecture state management responsive design and performance optimizationProficient in Microsoft SQL Server development including database design stored procedures query optimization indexing and performance tuningStrong understanding of software architecture application security scalability and performance optimizationAbility to lead technical discussions facilitate architectural decision making and establish engineering standardsStrong mentoring coaching and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to grow engineering talentExcellent analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills across front end back end and database technologiesExceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands on technical executionCommitment to delivering high quality maintainable and secure software solutions
