Requirements
Must have:
- We require formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, along with 5 years of hands-on experience.
- We need strong proficiency in Java 21 and Python, with experience building solutions across public and private cloud environments using CI/CD practices.
- We expect practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability.
- We value solid knowledge of automation and continuous delivery approaches.
- We look for experience with Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
- We require demonstrated capability in software applications and technical processes within a technical domain such as cloud, AI, machine learning, or mobile.
- We need deep familiarity with the financial services industry and associated IT systems.
- We expect practical cloud-native experience.
- We value exposure to building AI/ML-driven applications that support business goals.
- We look for a continuous learning mindset.
- Preferred: experience with AWS public cloud.
- Preferred: proficiency in Agile and SRE culture.
- Preferred: working knowledge of one or more NoSQL databases, especially Apache Cassandra.

- Preferred: ability to develop RESTful APIs and integrate smoothly across internal and external services.
