Requirements

Must have:

• Preference for candidates with experience as a TeamDesk Administrator or similar low-code relational database platform.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or Field Service Management platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, REST, and/or Python.
• Background in Customer Support.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Focused on data security.
• Understanding of ETL processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including VLookups and Pivot tables.
• Experience with system integration and deployment.
• Skills in process automation, scripting, and enhancing efficiencies.
• Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Associates degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, or two years of related experience required.

Responsibilities:

- Implement, administer, and enhance a low-code system.

• Generate and revise documentation for new products and features as necessary.
• Design and execute queries and reports.
• Create and establish workflow triggers and actions.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines while working within an Agile framework.
• Develop and improve the user interface experience.
• Address support inquiries from clients.
• Conduct virtual meetings with clients as needed.
• Assist in migrating data from other systems.
• Innovate features that will help clients effectively track their data.
• Engage in proactive process improvement, automation, and planning initiatives.
• Facilitate integration between the low-code system and other platforms.
