Low-Code Software Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with solid technical skills - Capacity to quickly grasp new technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; a professional and cooperative demeanor - Highly organized, proactive, and able to independently prioritize and execute tasks - Strong customer service focus complemented by project management and analytical skills - 3+ years of direct experience in Software Development and application management (preferred) - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (preferred) - Comprehensive understanding of coding standards and software development best practices (preferred) - Experience with API integration, OutSystems, C#, C++, SQL, and/or Visual Studio (preferred) - Passion for leveraging AI tools and automation for efficiency and innovation (preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Support and maintain various in-house developed applications and third-party software solutions - Conduct application maintenance, including patching, installations, configuration adjustments, testing, and support for end-users and production - Collaborate with IT personnel and external vendors to develop and roll out applications and integrations - Gather and document requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for tech initiatives - Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize work based on business value and strategic alignment - Contribute to interdisciplinary development teams and share insights across departments - Develop solution documentation and provide training to end-users as necessary
