Manager, Full Stack Development

This is a unique opportunity for an engineer to join Trinity as a Manager for Full Stack Development as part of a newly forming Product Development team. You won’t just be building feature sets – in addition to writing code, we’re looking for a team member to influence architectural/product design decisions and provide leadership of the development processes.

The role provides the best of both worlds: the freedom to make an impact and the structure/stability of working on a team with clear technical product leadership and existing, well-differentiated products.

The candidate would focus on leading development for enhancements to Trinity’s Commercial Data Services solutions, a multi-dimensional customer data environment, with applications developed using industry leading tools or designed and built by an in-house team. These products are fully commercialized, with very positive customer feedback. The candidate would work as a part of the in-house team that designed the suite of solutions.

Trinity will provide candidates a demo of the services as well as an overview of the technology stack during the interview process, to give the candidate an understanding of the services offered.

Essential Functions

Lead development efforts and manage/mentor junior developers, both front end and back end

Collaborate on technical design

Assist in planning software delivery cycle

Implement the application’s source control and deployment framework(s)

Lead maintenance, bug fixes, issue resolution

Qualifications

Technical

C# (3+ years)

ASP.NET API – more recent frameworks preferred (3+ years)

React/JavaScript (3+ years combined all JS experience, at least 1 full year with React)

Strong relational data modeling

Azure SQL/SQL Server or similar

Application deployment/maintenance (both traditional and serverless preferred)

Typescript

APEX

Delphi (pure bonus, not expected)

Personal characteristics

Good communicator who is not afraid to ask questions or defend their opinion

Leadership abilities

Can put themselves in the shoes of the product user, to inform design/development/testing

Writes high-quality code that is always thoroughly tested

Able to manage multiple workstreams and work in an entrepreneurial development setting

Desire to ensure quality while working in a fast-paced environment

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $140,000 - $150,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
