Requirements
Must have:
- Hands-on experience with low-code and no-code platforms, with Mendix strongly preferred - Proven background working in a formal Scrum environment with developers, business analysts, testers, and product owners - Proficiency using JIRA for backlog coordination and defect tracking - Strong SQL Server querying, reporting, and troubleshooting skills - Familiarity with PCI compliance standards is highly preferred - Experience with automated testing tools and contemporary quality assurance practices - Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities - Must be able to work on the resume - Availability to work remotely on MST hours
Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and test Mendix applications, including microflows, nanoflows, domain models, UI elements, and integrations - Partner with business analysts to gather requirements, design solutions, develop applications, test, and support implementation - Review and map current business processes and document future-state rules, workflow diagrams, and cross-functional process flows - Prepare UAT scenarios, coordinate user testing with business stakeholders, validate data, and complete pre-launch testing - Take part in sprint planning, design discussions, and project status meetings with internal teams and agency stakeholders - Keep the Scrum Master or Project Manager updated on progress, risks, and action items - Produce and maintain detailed documentation throughout development, deployment, and transition phases - Diagnose application issues and help resolve defects quickly
