Mobile Application Developer (Senior Level)

Our Direct Client is seeking a Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, and support mobile applications that provide secure access to County services.
The consultant will work on a Proof of Concept (POC) involving TAK Server integration and real-time data exchange with CLEMIS CAD systems, enabling live incident and unit tracking across Android and iOS platforms.
Install and configure a Proof of Concept (POC) TAK Server on the County s server network
Integrate TAK Server with TAKAware (iOS) and ATAK (Android) applications
Enable real-time visibility of user locations within defined groups
Integrate TAK Server with CLEMIS Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems
Support live data feeds including:
Live incidents with call details and locations
Ensure secure, reliable mobile connectivity compliant with CJIS standards
Assist in securing the application using OKTA
Design, develop, test, deploy, and optimize mobile applications for performance and reliabilit
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Senior-level experience in mobile application development iOS:
Swift, Objective-C, Xcode
Kotlin, Java, Android Studio
Cross-platform frameworks: React Native, Flutter, Xamarin
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, Git
App Store & Google Play submission processes
Mobile analytics and crash reporting tools (Firebase, Crashlytics)
Mobile testing frameworks such as Appium, Espresso
