Requirements

Must have:

- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience - Capability to create analytical approaches and test cases for system software behaviors - Proficiency in reading and analyzing C/C , Java, or similar object-oriented programming languages - Experience in requirements analysis for both system and software levels - Background in software system testing, test analysis, and test case creation - Strong general workplace skills including:
  • Communication Skills - effective verbal, written, and presentation abilities - Computer Skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Soft Skills - professionalism, strong work ethic, initiative, creativity, curiosity, problem-solving, and critical thinking - Ability to independently manage tasks and progress, while also collaborating effectively in team settings and following guidance from task leads

Responsibilities:

- Utilize documentation and personal experience to cultivate a thorough technical understanding, perform detailed assessments, and document issues, risks, and reports in line with established standards and best practices - Comprehend work processes and methodologies, best practices, NASA standards, and applicable system and software specifications - Evaluate developmental artifacts for accuracy, completeness, consistency, ambiguity, and feasibility concerning technical references when reviewing requirements, design, algorithms, code, and testing artifacts throughout the software development life cycle - Conduct analysis on draft and final products submitted for peer reviews, development build releases, and formal testing - Aid in the creation and execution of independent test scenarios and procedures to confirm the accurate implementation of mission-critical functionalities - Employ in-house developed AI-assisted analysis tools to conduct various evaluations and assess results for true positive findings - Collaborate effectively with team members to foster team dynamics, brainstorm, share knowledge, refine approaches, conduct peer reviews, and provide recommendations that enhance growth and confidence in IV&V analyses
