About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled React & .NET Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern, scalable web applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in frontend development using React.js and backend services utilizing .NET/.NET Core frameworks.

Your expertise will contribute to building high-performance, secure, and enterprise-grade applications that integrate seamlessly with various databases and third-party services. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications 3 to 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on web applications.

Proven expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Hands-on experience with .NET and .NET Core frameworks, including C# programming.

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and Azure AD (preferred).

Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies.

Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs with .NET / .NET Core to support frontend functionalities.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Work closely with product owners and backend teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.

Integrate frontend components with backend services and databases to ensure seamless functionality.

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to optimize application performance.

Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and team meetings to ensure quality and consistency.

Support deployment processes, monitor application health, and troubleshoot production issues.
