We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer / Team Lead with expertise in Express and Node.js to join our dynamic team. This role involves hands-on responsibilities in architecting, designing, and implementing robust web services and APIs using Node.js frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the threading model in Node.js and its implications on application performance and scalability. Additionally, experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is essential to ensure seamless integration and communication between different services and systems. As a team lead, you will coordinate development activities, oversee project delivery timelines, and facilitate effective collaboration with offshore teams to ensure high-quality outputs. • *Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in backend development with Node.js and Express framework.

• Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and designing scalable web services.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with prior experience leading development teams.
