Opcenter Developer

We are looking for a senior Siemens Opcenter Developer to support manufacturing execution systems (MES) within a battery plant environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining Opcenter-based solutions to support logistics, production workflows, and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and enhance Siemens Opcenter (MES) solutions.

Customize workflows, data models, and configurations to meet manufacturing and logistics requirements.

Support integration of Opcenter with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to MES applications.

Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability in high-volume environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and IT.

Provide ongoing maintenance and support, including potential off-hours support if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Siemens Opcenter (MES) or similar MES platforms.

Experience with Siemens Opcenter modules (preferably EXDS / Logistics).

Strong understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES), logistics, and plant operations.

Hands-on experience configuring and developing Opcenter solutions (not limited to functional/BA roles).

Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data exchange between enterprise systems.

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in battery manufacturing, automotive, or large-scale manufacturing environments.

Familiarity with industrial systems and plant floor integrations.

Exposure to cloud or hybrid architectures.

Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing operations.
