Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree - We must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future - Active Secret security clearance - 4+ years of experience developing Power BI solutions, including dashboard design, data modeling, and report publication - 2+ years of experience with SQL for querying, transforming data, and improving performance - 2+ years of experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting - 1+ years of experience working in an agile or scrum environment with the ability to turn business needs into technical solutions - Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships - Capability to lead projects or workstreams - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment - Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor - Ability to meet deadlines - Ability to provide clear direction to others
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and support scalable Power BI dashboards and reports for maintenance, operational, and business decision-making across Fleet Readiness Centers - Translate user stories and business needs into practical data models, visualizations, and analytics solutions within an agile delivery setting - Carry out data extraction, transformation, and modeling using SQL and Power BI to produce accurate, reliable datasets - Use Python for data preparation, automation, and advanced analytics to strengthen reporting and streamline workflows - Work closely with government and contractor stakeholders across cross-functional teams - Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support iterative product enhancements

We offer high-quality, cost-effective delivery services with standardized processes, and professionals work from one of our US Delivery Center locations with nominal travel requirements. This is a hybrid role based within commuting distance of Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg, with up to 30% co-location time and up to 10% overnight travel. If relocation is needed, it must be completed within 12 weeks of the start date.
