Business Initiatives & AI Program Support
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite in SF)
About the Role-We're looking for a contractor who can drive cross-functional business initiatives, manage programs end-to-end, and build technical solutions that support Sales Operations and Business Planning.
This person will help deliver AI initiatives (including building AI agents), create Power BI dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Strong program or project management experience
Power BI expertise (Power Query, DAX, data modeling)
Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, and automation (Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI)
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
SQL, Python, or API experience
Familiarity with Azure data stack
Experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, or RevOps
Manage and execute business and Sales Ops initiatives from planning through delivery
Build AI agents and automation workflows using tools such as Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, or similar frameworks
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models
Analyze data, surface insights, and support planning and forecasting needs
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Drive communication, status reporting, and alignment across teams
High School Diploma or GED required A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $50- $55 /hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).
