We are seeking a Project Coordinator/Project Support to support our growing team in Ithaca, NY. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving project excellence, collaborating with industry leaders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across complex initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, contractors, electricians, inspectors, and internal service teams.
- Monitor and manage service requests to ensure timely progression of work across assigned geographic regions.
- Professionally communicate with customers and external partners while maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Learn, apply, and support company policies and procedures related to electric service operations.
- Prioritize and organize multiple service requests while adhering to established customer contact frequency guidelines.
- Utilize SAP and client management interfaces to review, assign, and manage work activities.
- Provide office-based support during emergency situations, including storm restoration efforts, when required.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in customer service, customer construction support, or workflow management
- Lesser experience will be considered in combination with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and task prioritization abilities
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships while enforcing required processes
- Comfortable navigating databases and client management systems to interpret and process data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
