Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Python / Angular / AWS Developer to join Team Quasar. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Angular, TypeScript, and AWS, along with a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The contractor will support the development and maintenance of applications used by financial advisors and FAS teams, with a primary focus on Analysis Builder.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using Python, Angular, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Support Analysis Builder, Portfolio Capture, Fund Compare Tool, and MyConsultation applications.
• Deliver application enhancements, resolve defects, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Improve application functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with consuming applications, including PAT.
• Support cloud-native application development and AWS-based solutions.
• Contribute to AI-enabled document extraction capabilities using Amazon Textract and Amazon Bedrock.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable applications.
• Follow established CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python development.
• Strong experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience developing reusable web components using Angular Elements.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and ECS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and application integration.
• Experience with cloud-native application development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock and generative AI integration.
• Experience with Amazon Textract and AI-enabled document extraction.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale applications.
