Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Senior Software Engineers with strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Golang to support cutting-edge AI engineering and evaluation projects.

The role combines software engineering, data pipelines, preference data collection, rubric creation, and AI evaluation workflows . Candidates should be comfortable working in large codebases, building scalable infrastructure, and applying strong technical judgment to data quality and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine rubrics and evaluation criteria for preference data.
• Review and label technical data while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure supporting data generation, collection, and evaluation.
• Identify subtle issues in datasets, workflows, and evaluation outputs.
• Translate qualitative technical judgment into scalable evaluation processes .

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of:
• Python , particularly pipelines and infrastructure
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• Golang
• Hands-on experience with preference data collection and/or rubric creation .
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, backend infrastructure, or engineering workflows .
