Python Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Python Developer Intern to join our development team. This internship is designed for students, recent graduates, and entry-level developers who want to gain practical experience in Python development, backend applications, APIs, databases, and software engineering.

The intern will work with experienced developers on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient Python code.
• Assist in developing REST APIs and backend functionality.
• Work with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Develop basic scripts and automation tools using Python.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Write and execute unit tests.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
• Document development work and technical processes.
• Learn and follow software development best practices.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python .
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) .
• Knowledge of Python data structures, functions, modules, and exception handling.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases .
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON .
• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
