Senior Backend Engineer – Python / Azure / Dynamics 365

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build backend services, APIs, and orchestration layers for the Sales Command Center, integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise platforms.

- Event-driven architecture, caching & read models
- Observability, distributed tracing & production troubleshooting
- CI/CD, unit/integration/contract testing
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable backend services and reusable business APIs.
- Build secure Dynamics 365 integrations and anti-corruption/adapter layers.
- Implement asynchronous workflows, retries, caching, resilience and error handling.
- Develop orchestration services combining CRM data and enterprise platforms.
- Support production issues across APIs, backend services and Dynamics.
Preferred: Headless CRM, API gateway/BFF architecture, event-driven systems, enterprise integrations, and financial-services experience.
