Our client is building a state-of-the-art platform that enables financial institutions to transition commercial banking relationships by automating account switching across receivables (AR), payables, (AP), and payroll systems. You will take ownership of services end-to-end—from architecture through production—ensuring systems are performant, reliable, and maintainable over tim e.What You’ll

Do• Design and build scalable backend services and AP

Is• Own critical services end-to-end, including production performance and reliabili ty• Lead technical design for complex features and platform enhancemen ts• Improve system performance, scalability, and fault toleran ce• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure laye rs• Debug production issues and lead root cause analysis with permanent fix es• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system observabili ty• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production syste ms• Support integrations with external financial systems and data sourc es• Contribute to AI/LLM-enabled workflow enhancements where applicab le• Mentor junior engineers and elevate engineering standar ds**
