Developer experience platform team is looking for an extraordinary Python Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help design and implement our Generative AI solutions to take our developer experience platform to the next level and help accelerate app development inside Apple. We will be collaborating and working with multi-functional teams and applying algorithms to large-scale data.
Design, develop, and optimize highly scalable, distributed systems, leveraging cloud-native technologies and micro services architecture to build robust and resilient solutions.\\nLead proof-of-concept projects and pilot implementations to showcase new ideas.\\nStrive for excellence by continuously seeking ways to enhance system reliability, performance, and security.\\nContribute to design and code reviews, and assist in debugging and resolving issues.\\nDevelop system components and take full responsibility for the timely delivery, quality of the work.\\nMentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.\\nTackle complex technical challenges, drive innovation, and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.\\nAbility to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level application development using Python and related technologies\\nExperience with Python data analytics platforms, such as pandas, DataFrames, numpy, etc.\\nStrong knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, and object-oriented programming\\nProven ability to research, design, and develop complex technical solutions involving multiple technologies\\nExperience in building Django/Flask-based/Fast API app servers and API development\\nBachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies\\nExperience with various database technologies (RDBMS, Key-Value, Document-based, etc)\\nExperience working with Javascript Frameworks like Angular/React\\nExperience in developing software and services in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, etc.\\nExperience with real time data processing using Apache Kafka or other Streaming tools\\nAI/ML-related experience - preferred
