About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale applications that support our clients' strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both backend and frontend technologies, with expertise in microservices architecture and modern DevOps practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology stacks, contribute to high-impact projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for implementing new features, optimizing existing systems, and providing production support to ensure system stability and performance.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in designing and deploying scalable applications. Strong proficiency in Python, including frameworks such as Django and Flask, is essential.

Experience in building microservices architectures and deploying them in cloud environments is highly desirable. Frontend development skills in Angular and React are required, along with familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration patterns. Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, will be advantageous.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

Responsibilities Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications utilizing Python, Django, and Flask frameworks to meet evolving business needs. Build and sustain microservices-based architectures to support scalable, distributed systems that ensure high availability and performance.

Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular and React to deliver seamless user experiences. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, leveraging DevOps automation tools to streamline build, test, and deployment processes. Manage artifacts and dependencies efficiently using Artifactory to maintain consistency across environments.

Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework to ensure timely delivery of features and fixes. Participate actively in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning activities to uphold code quality standards. Provide ongoing production support by monitoring applications, investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to maintain system stability and reliability.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing engineering workflows, operational processes, and overall system performance. Utilize source control tools such as Bitbucket for version management and team collaboration, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
