Location: Fort Mill, SC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and hands-on frontend experience in React. In this role, you will develop and maintain AWS-hosted web applications while collaborating with data modelers, analysts, and business stakeholders across multiple product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend)
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts and business stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Maintain proper documentation of code, processes, and data ownership
• Ensure compliance with internal data standards and policies
• Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and industry trends

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong proficiency in Python with a solid understanding of OOP principles
• Experience with Python libraries such as:
• Pandas
• NumPy
• Datetime
• Regex
• 2 years of frontend experience with:
• React
• JavaScript
• HTML, CSS
• Basic experience with SQL Server, including:
• Writing queries
• Stored Procedures (SPs)
• Hands-on experience with version control systems:
• Git (Bitbucket or GitLab preferred)
• Experience working with:
• Jira (bug tracking)
• Confluence (documentation)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks:
• PyTest / UnitTest (Python)
• Jest (Frontend)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Exposure to data engineering tools, including:
• Databricks
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• AWS Glue
• Knowledge of ETL / ELT pipelines

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, agile environment
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
