Job Summary

MUFG is seeking a highly motivated Certified Sr. Cloud Site Reliability Engineer to build a robust, scalable, and reliable web application environment in AWS, support the configuration, deployment and delivery of AWS services, oversee day‑to‑day operations, and play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing our web applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain highly available and scalable web application infrastructure on AWS, supporting the application teams from deployment through operations.
• Leverage core AWS foundation services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Route 53, etc.) to architect modern solutions.
• Ensure cloud systems and solutions follow a secure‑by‑design pattern.
• Monitor cloud environments for security incidents and ensure rapid response through automated mechanisms.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, including authoring, reviewing, and maintaining modules for AWS resources.
