Please list minimum 6 primary job duties/responsibilities:
o As an Application Support Engineer, you will support multiple fund applications, migrate jobs and infrastructure to modern technologies such as APSS and Python o Experienced with distributed application platforms: Windows, LINUX, SQL.
o Ability to lead triage and solve production outage situations under tight deadlines, including root cause and problem resolution follow-ups.
o Experienced on monitoring tools such as Splunk, Kibana o Have programming skills: Python,
o Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Have knowledge of ITIL SDLC principles and execution.
o Experienced in coordinating with offshore/onshore support, business, vendor, and infrastructure partners.
o Hands on experience providing direct support to front/back-office applications.
o Support knowledge sharing and documentation efforts to build a robust support knowledge base.
