We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Python) to work on building and maintaining scalable, secure, and automated platform solutions in a modern cloud-native environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on Python development (APIs, automation, scripting, testing)
- Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift (deployment, troubleshooting, scaling)
- CI/CD pipeline development (Jenkins, UDeploy, Bitbucket, Git)
- Linux, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems troubleshooting
- Git workflows, JIRA, Confluence
Nice to Have (DevSecOps & Platform Engineering):
- Policy as Code (governance, security, compliance automation)
- SAST / DAST, container scanning, SBOM, secrets detection
- Apache httpd (mod_proxy, mod_rewrite, OIDC integration)
- Azure Entra ID / OAuth2 / OIDC integrations
- Exposure to Airflow, JupyterHub, MLflow
- Basic React / JavaScript for UI maintenance
- Apache Spark (standalone clusters)
What You’ll Do:
- Build Python-based platform tools and services
- Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Implement DevSecOps and Policy-as-Code frameworks
- Improve system reliability, monitoring, and incident resolution
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and SRE teams
