Designation: Sr. Python Backend Developer

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)/ NY

Job Type: Fulltime

Description:

• 10+ years overall experience building enterprise backend services
• 5+ years of hands-on backend experience with server-side languages/frameworks (Java/Spring, Node.js, Python/Django, etc.) and RESTful/GraphQL API design.
• Design & build robust backend services - APIs, microservices, and business logic with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Own data layer decisions - database modeling (SQL/NoSQL), query optimization, caching strategies, and data integrity.
• Ensure system reliability & performance through monitoring, load testing, and optimization of high-throughput, low-latency services.
• Drive backend best practices - code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers on backend architecture.
