Position Description:

Our leading Fortune 100 Financial Services client is looking to bring on a Python Developer to assist in developing a new custom application. The individual in this role will display the following..

• You have built full stack systems (preferably architected for speed and distributed computing), with demonstrated experience in software engineering.
• You embrace DevOps principles, including continuous delivery and ongoing support of production applications
• You love to learn new technologies, keep abreast of the latest technologies within cloud architecture, and drive your organization to adapt to emerging best practices

Desired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role):

• 3+ years of experience in core python development focused roles.
• Strong AWS services background knowledge and hands on experience (S3, EC2, Lambdas, etc)
• DevOps principles knowledges and experience

Basic Qualification : Day to Day Responsibilities: focused on enhancements + streamlining of custom application working on data pipeline (hey need more development exp – python jobs – jobs are executed using AWS – 1st job runs then triggers AWS – sometimes trigger isn’t there – understanding the jobs and creating more optimized version of those jobs using python ) Application is in production so they get a lot of maintenance requests
