• *About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Reporting and Dashboard Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Tableau and Python-based frameworks. Your expertise will support critical Medicaid analytics and federal reporting initiatives, including T-MSIS, PERM, MARS, and Quality of Care metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, SQL, and cloud technologies, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data solutions in complex environments.

• *Qualifications
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in reporting and dashboard development within enterprise data warehousing environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau and Business Objects for report and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in Python programming for data engineering, automation, and solution development.
• At least 3+ years of experience working with Spark-based processing frameworks such as Databricks or equivalent.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience working across relational databases like Teradata, Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Experience with source control tools and DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
• *Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports leveraging Tableau and Python frameworks to meet organizational needs.
• Build and optimize scalable data processing solutions utilizing Python, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
• Support Medicaid analytics and federal reporting initiatives, including T-MSIS, PERM, MARS, and Quality of Care reporting frameworks.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures across relational platforms such as Teradata, Snowflake, and Oracle.
• Participate in cloud migration and modernization efforts within Azure-based architectures, ensuring seamless transition and integration.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA teams, and reporting stakeholders to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness of reports and dashboards.
• Follow best practices for reporting and dashboard development, emphasizing performance, reliability, reusability, and security.
• Support production operations, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews, source control management, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and GitHub to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
