Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality, production-ready code
Build reusable, efficient, and testable applications using modern software engineering practices
Collaborate closely with senior engineers, technical leads, and business stakeholders
Create technical documentation including system designs, architecture diagrams, and development specifications
Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployments
Support and enhance existing applications while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in L3 production support and troubleshooting as needed
Champion quality engineering standards, code reviews, and development best practices
3+ years of software development experience
1+ years of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) experience
Strong understanding of source control tools such as Git or SVN
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of distributed messaging systems and event-driven architectures
Experience working within Unix/Linux environments
Knowledge of RESTful API design and development
Exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks including CFTC, EMIR, or MiFID II
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
