Role Descriptions

Provide first-line and advanced technical support for a clinical data management application.

Troubleshoot| resolve| and document issues related to Python-based integrations and PostgreSQL database.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure stable AWS-based application hosting.

Support deployment activities and application upgrades in agile sprint cycles.

Apply ITIL principles to manage incidents| problems| and changes efficiently.

Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and fixes.

Proactively monitor application health and performance using cloud and data tools.

Communicate solutions and updates effectively to stakeholders and users.
