The Role
- Provide technical direction, making architecture decisions and owning tech debt.
- Mentor team members, unblocking them and sharing knowledge.
- Take ownership of delivery, including sprint planning, estimation, and risk escalation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Translate requirements into actionable tasks.
What You'll Need
- Experience with Angular (15+), including component architecture, state management (NgRx or Angular Signals), performance, and testing (Jasmine/Jest/Cypress).
- Proficiency in Python (3.10+) with FastAPI for API design, async/await patterns, and security (JWT/OAuth2).
- Strong database skills in PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and ORM (SQLAlchemy).
- Experience with AWS, including serverless computing (Lambda), messaging (SNS/SQS), and data pipelines (Glue).
- Knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, Pydantic, Alembic, and S3.
- Understanding of security best practices like OWASP.
