Python Fullstack Developer

The Role

• Provide technical direction, making architecture decisions and owning tech debt.
• Mentor team members, unblocking them and sharing knowledge.
• Take ownership of delivery, including sprint planning, estimation, and risk escalation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Translate requirements into actionable tasks.

What You'll Need

• Experience with Angular (15+), including component architecture, state management (NgRx or Angular Signals), performance, and testing (Jasmine/Jest/Cypress).
• Proficiency in Python (3.10+) with FastAPI for API design, async/await patterns, and security (JWT/OAuth2).
• Strong database skills in PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and ORM (SQLAlchemy).
• Experience with AWS, including serverless computing (Lambda), messaging (SNS/SQS), and data pipelines (Glue).
• Knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, Pydantic, Alembic, and S3.
• Understanding of security best practices like OWASP.
